About the Event

Meditation is a beautiful practice that benefits the body in so many different ways.  Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace, and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health.  Ebony Harmon of Harmon E. Wellness, specializes in guided meditation practices that help you in:

  • Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
  • Building skills to manage your stress
  • Increasing self-awareness
  • Connecting with the breath 
  • Focusing on the present
  • Reducing negative emotions

This class is great for beginners or those who regularly practice meditation.   The goal of this class is to build a community around the meditation practice where individuals can feel safe, supported, and held in a non-judgemental space.
