About the Event
Afro Flow Yoga was founded by Leslie Salmon Jones and Jeff Jones. It has a mission to promote healing and community building through dance, music and yogic practices. Afro Flow Yoga infuses electrifying dance movements of the African Diaspora flowing with meditative yoga sequences of gentle yet powerful stretches. Deeply connect with the sounds and rhythms of African drumming and leave feeling empowered, energized and renewed!
